Who or what is Mediabank Inc.? Has it been so long that I am starting to forget? Or is this something new?

The 8k is the first mention I have seen that we (ZULU) will receive a set amount of shares regardless of price for our holdings.

This leads me to beleive that the 10:1 ratio between the 2 stocks means nothing. We may see one or the other take off soon.
