IBD reports today that Lawrence McMillan says his indicators (3 of them) are all flashing bull signals. The S&P futures option put-call ratio, the McMillan oscillator, and the equity-only put-call ratio. All have turned positive. Article says that it is "unusual to see all three of these intermediate-term indicators pointing in the same direction. Usually when they do, a powerful - albeit a short-term- rally ensues. The tale of the tape over the next couple of weeks will tell the story." HiTech
