This is what I do not understand and I may not be a CPA or anything but let us go over some things that need to be determined.

Revenues.....$30 million seems very small for the calendar year of 1999.

We know CLCK is going to be about $13 million this all by itself pre Health Care card.

So let us assume normal growth of 10% plus say 5 million for the Health Care card....press statement said it was the biggest deal yet.

Now we are at $19 million. The Berwynn/Fiscrip deals...one of those companies was supposed to be making $20 million/year. Now we are $39 million. And now the American Banknote deal which double its account base (almost)...so let us say $10 million from that. NOW. We are at $49 million. Either Westergaard is overly conservative or the press releases do not add up. I hope he is being ultra conservative or possibly just talking about CLCK's business increasing disregarding the mergers. Anyway, the numbers do not add up.
