Thanks for the congrats. Repurchase is a consideration and we've (the board) thought about it. The questions are:
Best use of funds? Growth of the Co. or improvement of stock price.
Given the history of response in the market to continued growth will it really have any effect?
Let's hope that the market begins to pay attention to us. Everyone tells me that sooner or later it will. We'll hope for sooner. Consider the ratios. Book to market price, cash flows, EPS, etc.
Thanks for your continued interest.
Herb

Johnny,

I don't really see the stock price improving until the overall investment climate changes. I'm holding several small companies with excellent numbers, and they're all in the same situation. I don't think it has anything to do with perception of the companies, only with a general flight to cash, bonds, etc. I expect a pretty serious drop across the board in October, which will only make things worse.

Doesn't really bother me, though, as these trends change, and I bought these for the long term. When markets start moving up again the people holding cash are going to be looking for places to put it. That's the time when the strong performance of companies like Logitek is going to draw new money in.

Meanwhile, I think LGTK is doing exactly what it should be doing - growing its business in a steady and sustainable way. What we need to do is hold on and avoid panic.
