Thanks for all the information. I know I need to do my own DD but do they have any consistent contracts now? That Louis International contract was the main trigger that took this stock from .50 to 8 bucks. Thanks in advance

I don't quite understand your contention on that. Here is what R1 posted on the Information Thread...dated 3/13/98...and entitled CONTRACT..not "Letter of Intent"...CONTRACT....I think we all know the meaning of that word...now my question is....what has been released subsequent over th next 6 months to retract/modify/update that misinformation, on which MANY people depended on as fact? Does anyone think this is an unfair question??
