Dearest CNBC, tonight, when Maria B. reports on the Nortel debacle I think it would be an excellent idea to run footage of the CNBC report from the floor of the NYSE pre-market yesterday. That would be the one where Maria B. chose to highlight the opinions of the Lehman analyst who, as reported by your resident "superstar", opined that NT would trade up no matter what management said to analysts today during their little coffee clatch. NT is currently down over 5 and has been halted for over three hours (a story in itself). Run that tape and try to argue that's reporting CNBC should be proud of. That call in itself was horse[bleep]. Good reporters walk away from horse[bleep], not have it come out of their mouths. Tom
