FAMH UPDATE: Randy definitely wants to increase shareholder awareness and confidence in this company. Many things on the horizon that should benefit shareholders value. There's alot to be done and Randy seems determined to accomplish his goals. Answers to some of our questions: Does Firamada have a board of directors? Yes. Arif and his daughter. But, this will change at the shareholders meeting next month. If any stockholders live near Long Beach, please attend this meeting for us. Any volunteers? At this meeting the new board will be announced. It will consist of Arif, Randy and three others that Randy couldn't mention at this time. Will Myriad impact 1997 financials in any way? No. This acquisition will have no impact on 97's financials. Will 1998 financials (1st, 2nd, 3rd quarters) be out before the end of the year? Yes. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter's audited numbers will be out by December 1, 1998. Is the CEO's salary set prior to the year or is it based on performance or incentives? No. It is set by the board of directors. A salary committee is now be assembled to determine salaries and commissions BASED ON PERFORMANCE for all management, including Arif. When will the outstanding share issue be formally addressed? It will be formally addressed at the shareholder meeting next month. I think it is imperative that one of us from the Long Beach area attend the shareholder's meeting next month. Arif has been "incognito" for some time now. As CEO, will he be making a statement to investors anytime soon? Arif got a chuckle out of this. Yes. At the shareholder's meeting next month. Randy stated Arif is really not a communications person and shuns these situations, so, Randy will be speaking to shareholders. One of the reasons Sukey was fired was because his public relations sucked. Any realistic time frame for the "new" pro-formas? Yes. After 1997's financials are released, they should be rolling them out shortly thereafter. With the firing of Sukey, is there a search for a new CFO or will you assume his duties. No search for a new CFO. Randy has retained a comptroller from Myriad that will assume these duties along with Randy. Randy has retained 3/4 of the management team of Myriad. There's more......
