Charles,

>>> Regarding your accusation about being a caring man... well Charliss,
your not qualified to make that kind of statement. <<<

Your are correct. I apologize. I was making an assumption based on what irked me about your evasiveness on the thread. That shows you one of my own shortcomings: at times I want people to do things my way, and if they don't I tend to be too quick with the label.

>>>I would assume that you prefer the numbers quoted by Buendia
yesterday. Although they are nice thoughts, and the structure of the
RNTK deal could look like SYNM; it just doesn't mean it will be so. <<<

Not really....for the long term yes. But frankly, the long term is not something that concerns me too much. Like a child perhaps, but also as an intelligent manager of my capital, I want some some reasonable profit before too long and a sense that I am in something real here.

>>>Unfortunately in the market, nice thoughts and wishful thinking don't
have any impact on the closing price of a stock.<<<

No argument here.

Best,
Charliss

After all, as I've stated earlier, I have no inside information coming from either Texaco or RNTK. To trade on that information would be irresponsible and imoral.

Charles, IMO you need to think this through. In a PM you have told me you have a reliable trustworthy source. Although your source may not be a TX or RNTK insider, the information he/she has supposedly shared with you has to be inside information - otherwise it's speculation. Either the info is BS or you're acting (albeit indirectly) on inside information, ergo compromising your moral high ground. Pick one.
