Michael-- I believe the 25:1 vote lapses this year. I think Ralph was referring to the fact that Stan and Iris just diluted themselves out of simple majority control if one assumes the warrants get exercised. I haven't done this math, but one would assume this sharp old cookie, and chairman emeritus, is on the ball. Wonder how many questions they'll field from him on future calls? For that matter I had mashed down *1 again to ask whether they had been buying back stock. Too late. How many worthy questions went unanswered?
