Mr. Clark: We can tell from your Bio that you are not a brain surgeon!
1. When we first recommended JAWS it was at $1.125, then proceeded to drop to .75.
2.When we featured it we liked the numbers, but were never happy about
the lack of reporting with the SEC and never could get a handle on the
shares outstanding.
When we placed a sell recommendation on JAWS on May 13,98 @ $3+ we had
a 200% profit in 45 days. Anybody with even the smallest brain could
figure out that we were not paid. If we were we always fully disclose everything--Just visit my site and see the disclaimers every-
where.
We have never bought any additional share since our sell recommendation.

Prior to our recent sell recommendation we did not "short" the stock!
If you had any real knowledge of the market you would know that it can
not be shorted except by MM or Canadian's.

concerning the SEC-- They are investigating all aspects-- this means
everything incase you do not understand.

It is also very interesting that we broke the story before the company
released any information or for that matter any other paid PR or promoter or newsletter..

In reality we are probably the only newsletter that did not receive
anything, but grief from this situation.

When we are paid- we disclose
When we buy--we disclose
When we sell-- we disclose

Before you and all the other investor types jump to conclusions it is
important to know the facts

The company has promised to become fully reporting for the past 6 months --Show me the Documents!

Why can know one list the fully outstanding shares of JAWS after July
31, 1998?

If and when JAWS complies and they receive a clean bill of health ,we
will gladly re-investigate the issue!

Our sell recommendation stands! We never hold stocks that are under-
investigation by the SEC.

I don't care if it goes to $100.--I hope that this clears up some
your misinformation.
