WS, I don't use leverage, but a way to play a narrowing of junks to Treasuries would be to buy a junk bond fund, such as Vanguard (I usually recommend CEFs, but they are all leveraged and most of the junkers are at large premiums) and short a mini T-Bond contract on the MidAm. That isn't leveraged if you put up 100% of the margin on the future. But it is expensive. I don't know of any good cheaper ways to play it.
