Dan I would advise you to evaluate the Oracle claims against msft in a different context as the other companies alleging unfair biz practices. The fact is, in the early-mid 90s, Oracle owned the enterprise - complete dominance - in the msft tradition. Oracle then gave the business away to not just msft, but 3 companies: Msft, Sap, Psft, bad management pure and simple. Now they are claiming unfair biz practices in the Msft camp? Come on.
