Re: #3: I know a lot of people don't go to Mexico from the US to buy drugs, but a lot of people do, too, so it does account for a lot of Mexican sales, and can't be dismissed as a factor. People generally don't travel there themselves, but may ask a friend near the border, to pick up the drugs for them. This is commonly done to obtain cheaper drugs than here, for example -- not just to obtain drugs that aren't approved here. So a fair percentage of sales that occur in Mexico are intended for other countries, and this shouldn't be dismissed just because it obviously doesn't represent 100% of US sales.
