Phil, I haven't been following Cendant very closely but they probably will continue to suffer downward pressure until the acquisition of ABI is completed. The earnings restatement today was fine, but their comments regarding the deal with ABI are not clear to me. CD management stated that they will go through with the ABI deal but will probably exchange more cash and less shares. Due to the price drop of CDshares, I find that statement difficult to comprehend. They're going to need more shares, not less. Sergio
