Among the Orders entered by the Court to shut down this
fraudulent operation are: (1) a Temporary Restraining Order to
halt the securities sales and freeze the defendants' assets and
(2) an Order appointing a Receiver to immediately secure the
offices and assets of the corporate defendants. The SEC is also
seeking in this lawsuit preliminary and permanent injunctions
from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the
Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"), and Sections 10(b) and
15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and
Rule 10b-5 thereunder, disgorgement of ill-gotten profits and
money penalties

Usually the SEC is very prompt in reporting civil enforcement actions at their web site. Yet strangely enough, even though the lawsuit was filed by the company three weeks ago on September 8, 1998, there is still no word of the corresponding enforcement action on the SEC web site:

sec.gov

As you can see, though the search returns three links*, none relate to litigation involving AZNT.

Here is a search for WellRich:

sec.gov

This search yields a "nothing found" message.

*The first one (a "broken" link to /news/digests/12-12.txt) refers to an SEC digest page for Dec. 12, 1997 which is no longer available. A copy of it can be found at gsionline.com.

You have posted that the SEC is also seeking in this lawsuit...
who told you this?

The "SEC and AZNT are in this together" theme seems a pervasive one:
