Check back a few posts. Mikie owns a ton of shares. He sells some now and then for a nice lifestyle (which he deserves) and probably for buying an occasional other stock.

I take guidance from my Guru Mohan. Pleases read his answer to this question. I was told that what matters more is insider buying than the insider sales. The positive impact on stock from insider buying is more than the negative impact of insider selling. Many other posters will be able to answer your question better than me.
