Rishi, DO you know how to answer this post on Yahoo? "See freeedgar.com they will get the 2.2 million shares of the incentive plan really cheap. The question as always is why the stock did rise so much one day before these news were out? " I have no problems S-8 is filed as long as the stock can get back to IPO price. What do you think? Rishi, Are you back from your far east trip yet? Have you noticed that there is a nice run up of 10% today? Maybe the company's buy back program already is put into action. (ESS going to buy back $7 million worth of stocks) Or could it be some fund managers started to buy ESS today that caused the price to go up? I found out SIII, Trident and Oakt all show signs of bouncing back. Not for any particular reasons. After all, most design-in activity should be done by now. (Trident's rise was attributed to two notebook OEM design-in wins.) I think it is extremely important this quarter to make the shipments and collect the payments. Any companies that can show good EPS for the quarter ends on 12/31/1998 will have a 100% stock price increase easily. I am going to hold my ESS stocks until January next year where the business condition will be clarified. Steve
