Yep - I've owned an ISP for the past four years. Have tired everything - alarm wiring, bribery, dedicated dry copper, but cannot get around the tariffs in Southern Bell land. But now! - they are promising to deliver it, and if they deliver it, I believe by law they have to offer it to the little guys. A bunch of regionals are all promising to deliver the end of this year (in Florida).... BTW - I'm temporarily out of the ISP business, so a little out of date with the current tariffs
