Don's Comment, <what does FNTN and Siemens have up their sleeves for the future?!!!! Seems far beyond anything
we have contemplated here.>

I was wondering that as I read also, with this fellow and the Hagerty (s)fellow, makes me wonder.
What ever it is, These caliber of people must think they can accomplish the task. They would also
accomplish many goals for investors :^)
Regards,
Malcolm

Anybody read any Asimov? He wrote "I, Robot," a seminal work in the field, and a slew of other novellas, short stories, and novels dealing with machine intelligence, specifically AI (Artificial Intelligence) and IAs (Intelligent Agents). Engelberger, as a "hard" science whiz, must have gotten a kick out of Asimov's imaginative speculation about the future of machine intelligence to have him write the intro for him.
Well, we knew already that FNTN was very long on vision, and this appointment is confirmation of their commitment to "the far view." I look forward eagerly to Engelberger's contributions: you can never have enough brainpower driving development.
Sure would like to see William Gibson or Neal Stephenson on the board...

All the best,
M.

don, my first reaction is, if FNTN is attracting talent the caliber of Engelberger and Haggerty, what wonders does the future have in store for us? This may not be the PR we are waiting for, but brother, this one sure don't hurt.
