Rich, I'll answer your questions publicly with a generic question to you. Can you name ANY organization (religious, professional, business) or group that would NOT benefit from "The Card" once the website is fully functioning and other things come on line? I can't!! In contemplation of the "threat" of whatever, I DARE to say.... patience, patience. BTW, for your information, I just got off the phone with Hastings Communications who is just as upset about the e-mail confirmations, etc. as we are. Apparently, Rob Gordon was given incorrect information from someone (not at Hastings) that all was well with the site. If my information is correct, this should be resolved quickly now with hopefully three e-mails going out: (1) confirmation within a minute of ordering, (2) confirmation a day or two later upon shipment and (3) a followup e-mail to the purchaser asking how they would like our service improved. It will be done and we will then have a functioning site. Best always, Marty
