Sorry, I ran out of editing time but I wanted to bring out one more point that I observed on my quick peek at this non-anti-Islamic web site.

The author presents Muhammad as someone who began to expand his political domain by attacking caravans and waging war on Arab tribes. This is a very typical way of covering these events that is clearly biased. Again, although the time line and events seem fairly accurate. ALL of the precipitating factors that led to these events were left out. If they were included the picture of this time period would demonstrate the community of Muslims were heavily persecuted and any violence was necessary only to defend their survival. Now, even though we are not seeing overt signs of anti-Muslim doctrine we are seeing a bias in the presentation that would put off any person with a sense of justice.

The publishing source doesn't impress me either. When I look at the American text books on history and culture that I was presented with in the 1950's, I cringe.

Again, no need to respond if you are busy.
