There is a rumor inside that there will be an earning short fall. Has anyone heard anything else?

jach, >>again, no-clue analysts and possible window dressings have made this stock a bargain; FORE with all the great earnings was at 28$ not long ago and now at 16$ seems a buy as there are no fundamental changes-target should be between 23-27$<< I think the acquisition announced a week or so ago is a significant fundamental change, not saying its all bad, but at this point I think the street has a big question mark as to the value of the acquisition. I got out in the low $20's but think this is a reasonable price for the stock now and bought back in around $16.75. Matt
