I did see 10 3/4. Market saw differently. Previously lows are possible though not likely. The mood of the market is bad though sentiment isn't bad enough. Sure hope FED doesn't cut rates. If they don't, sentiment and mood will get back in synch with another market double bottoming sell-off. That might pull IMNR to the 8 - 9 area, but the macro-economic investment environment improves and money managers like myself would then be inclined to buy. The other scenario, the one everyone wants, is fraught with uncertainty. It practically guarantees a substantial rate hike in '99 and in anticipation of that, institutions would remain on the side lines.
