More on Shugart I checked the Insider Buying by Shugart on InsiderTrader.com. It shows NO other open market buys by Shugart in VLNC, SEG, or SNDK (his other directorship) in the last few years. It does show he bought about 1 million SNDK in 11/95, but it looks to me like it was on the IPO. My point is that, unlike Dawson and Berg, Shugart is not in the habit of buying stock on the open market. His purchase of 100,000 VLNC now is very significant.

Stephen & All: Finally back for a time, and noticed an e-mail from Edgar that was sent out today. It corroborates your posting. Just ONE MORE INDICATION that things are ON TRACK. Before I drag my tired butt into the shower let me say yaaaa hoooo to this latest indication that things are progressing much along the same lines as early warning tremors that occur just prior to a volcanic eruption.
