For those looking for a reason not to be stampeded, read post #4007 on Raging Bull. Pay particular attention to Wahoograd's description of the mindset of a Reg. D investor. Wave's stock has come under a unique form of triple-witching-hour. But the company is putting together a breathtaking achievement. It's just one that requires coordination among executives, engineers, accountants, and lawyers at each of several big companies. That job is nearly complete. I envy those with loose cash who can approach this as a buying opportunity.
