Casey / Velvet Exploration

You're the second one to ask about Velvet in a week. I don't know too much about the company. Did see their last financial report and on the surface, didn't look bad.

I usually don't tune into Vancouver listed oil and gas companies. Besides the promoting aspects of companies on that exchange, which I detest, my feelings are that any small oil and gas worth it's salt (this case, oil & gas) will be found listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange in the heart of the oil and gas community. If they are headquartered in Alberta or Saskatchewan, it reflects creditability.

From what I can determine, Velvet does work out of Calgary. I know completely nothing about management and their background. The first step I would take is to learn this info along with debt and share data. I will do just that in the near term.

Maybe someone else can offer light on the subject.
