Thanks for the link. All it says is:

No biggy deal here, but am thinking that JC wants to report on his 10-KSB some sort of JV deal???? Hence the delay.

Help! Where is the best place to find some concise details on why this stock is 100 times below it's 52 week high and still falling?

I'd love it if I had time to read the 3000 posts, but don't.
