dear Bob & Paul - to expect the FED to cut 50 basis points was equally a scam. I thought it was 25 [in the Asian Forum.] My guess is that it is actually a good sign to leave room for additional 25 cut if the world financial markets are still teetering before the year end. My guess is that the pros knew that too deep down, but they will wait for the panic to stop before a reversal. Regardless, NT will be a special case now.
