Dell (Finance) actually rakes in more money with ANY rate cut as Dell Finance continues to charge customers the the same principal rate, yet the cost for Dell finance to borrow money to meet lease financing demands goes down (i.e., the spread widens in favor of Dell Finance)

should also note that ANY added earnings in this respect goes DIRECTLY to the net earnings (the bottom line)
