Edit - in all fairness, with the strength the economy is demonstrating, they couldn't have really done a half point.

It is the global situation they are responding to at this point.

Lee: I suppose you are right since the US economy is doing pretty well they did what they could besides if things slow down further they still have 2 more meetings before the the year end. Well they are the experts they should know.

PS:
Looks like the market is holding up pretty well after the initial trepidation.If the overseas markets reacts positively tonight we might have a good day tomorrow I hope.
