I am not interested in your small world of "what if". My apology to you to call you a moron. You started it. As a scientist, I should have been more careful. I do know timing in sub-atomic scale. It is not a
big deal. It is not a big deal for AMD, Intel, IBM and the others. Flawed CPU's should be recalled but not on trivial bugs. Intel should not recall it, AMD should not recall it either. You are asking for a company to go bankrupt because of your short position and that is disingenuous.
