last 60 days have been rocky indeed. however, an investment in CSCO has proven to be more stable, despite ALA, NT, CIEN, etc. etc.....

To make 35% on the upside, of course. Sleeping is entirely a secondary issue to investing, and a personal problem having nothing whatsoever to do with the markets.

By extension of that logic, why risk 10% volatility with SPY when you can put your money in a passbook savings account at 2%?
