They may think it is a VERY BIG deal. Wouldn't you? re: " Every engineer wants to be 1st. Don't you think so?" No. There are many good engineers that are driven and try to be first - always. There are a whole lot more enginners that keep their heads low and avoid risk and failure at all cost. Paul
