Sandra/ Max, I bought a few K shares of PARS back in June based on the rec. of someone who I trade a lot of ideas with on PMs. I only held it a few days, just long enough to do the DD, and got out without a loss. Since the notes I sent were on PMs they're long gone so I don't have the detail anymore, but I remember being very concerned with the balance sheet and other fundamental problems with their financial reports. Wish I could be more specific but I remember that my friend also decided to sell after he looked at the data. Urging caution. Phil
