For the time being, I don't believe that anyone can accurately say that NN is moving in the right direction. NN is a $20 stock, well, somewhat less today. Someone here had predicted that several contract announcements were to be made known at the time of the recent shareholders meeting. Well, no announcements. There was a prediction of positive comments being made during an analyst's meeting. Well, nothing occurred. Someone made the observation that NN has lots of great assets. So what! Great assets are great if properly deployed and effectively used. Great assets require great managers, right? No matter how optimistic everyone is here, or at least trying, the fact is that NN is a $20 stock. TM can tell shareholders that NN is undervalued, and he can repeat his assertion all day long, but, as I have already stated, NN is a $20 stock, and nothing appears likely to change the outlook anytime soon.

I have been a shareholder since November 1995, and like everyone else here, very frustrated with NN over the past year.

Good Luck everyone.
