My take on the drop: They announced this mystery acquisition to create a temporary bubble in the price so they could place some more shares out there and get a better price. They should finish up selling into the rally that didn't happen at around .50 or so, IMHO. Alternatively, Ed saw that the market was almost beginning to believe that the machines would see daylight and decided that things were going too well, so he engineered this acquisition to _really_ screw up the company.
