His leadership of who, me? I wouldn't follow the guy across the street to buy a donut. Now advise, that's different. He may have great ideas and strategies we could all benefit from. Define leader for yourself Michelle. If you want to take yourself out as a follower then we're reading a different dictionary. If you want to include yourself then accept responsibility for the trust issue.
