I would first like to commend your efforts in helping investors -- with your insightful and to-the-point commentary -- make informative and intelligent investment decisions.
Consequently, I deeply regret all of the circumstances surrounding my public posts. Specifically, the profile for "DollarSINZ" on America Online was definitely unbecoming of any manager representing an organization. Although the AOL profile was submitted when I was no longer associated with the company, I take full responsibility for the recent backlash directed toward my previous employer.
Ultimately, it should reflect me and not the organization I was employed with.

Let's talk about the new preferred that the company has said it'll be issuing to "replace" the "retired" insider shares. 61 million will become 610,000. Now I've posted some Information Received about conversion rates and restriction periods, but hey!, let's hear it from the source, right?

Why was this question not addressed in today's press release?
