Another insider scheme to confuse investors

Here's an example of some naysayer's recent arguments:

<<Wannabe, don't expect any positive news coming from VLNC. This company is run by a group of craps and this "insider buying" most probably is another scheme to confuse investors. I do not think anybody in sane mind with true information in this company is going to buy any more stocks. If they bought some expecting positive news release, it will be a true insider trading, and SEC will be fine them or imprison them.>>

To deepen the conspiracy, CEO Lev Dawson and Director Carl Berg(Forbes 400 list) each added to their positions this month. To make matters worse, long-time Seagate CEO and disk drive inventor Alan Shugart(director) also purchased 100,000 shares in the open market.

Another naysayer argument was that Carl and Lev could have bought just to set themselves up for a tax loss. If so, given Alan's history, they may be in trouble because he probably made this purchase to make money! This just goes to show how ridiculous some of naysayer arguments can become.

I just spoke with an investment pro familiar with SNDK. He remembered that it went "straight up" after Al Shugart's purchase. He also mentioned that this is Shugart's first purchase of Valence ever in the open market, and it should be considered very significant.
