OT FYI
I think I solved the mystery I was asking about earlier. I was looking at Live!Charts cascading ticker under the
false assumption that all lines were reporting trades. Only white, red, green and black backgrounds were trades.
Grey backgrounds were not trades, but were bids, asks, uptks and dntks.

My conclusion is the same as one I have expressed before on the AAPL thread. I am an idiot and should not be allowed to play with money.

I wonder how significant this little news item is.

Jeffrey Puglisi said that he has acquired 410,031, or
6.1% of the outstanding shares of IBIS
TECHNOLOGY CORP and plans to raise his interest
in the company. "The stake will become larger. I'll
increase it from time to time," Puglisi told Reuters.
Puglisi, who heads brokerage company Puglisi
Howells & Co, and hedge fund Puglisi Capital
Partners LP, noted that he had filed a Schedule 13G
with the SEC August 5, 1998 disclosing his
holdings. (Reuters 01:58 PM ET 09/30/98)
