October 3rd was a date projected way back in April as a possible end for the third wave primary degree. It is a ball park type of thing, best to monitor along with other clues. It would mean that Apple would correct around that time if in fact the end of wave three occurs there. I find the timing is sometimes excellent when projected this way and sometimes other factors come in to the wave count. At worst it is a time to be careful and watch closely, at best Apple may do something significant around then. Good luck.
