Mr. Velmer . . . You have really created a legal quandary for yourself now. You stated in your email to subscribers: "In addition, the the Company itself is being investigated for possible illegal sale of shares according to SEC rules and regulations." If the SEC wasn't going to call you in before, they sure as hell are now. Insert foot in mouth HERE --> (.) Unless you care to tell the SEC just how you reached the conclusion that you knew specifically what the SEC was looking into, I think they are probably even MORE suspicious now (if that's possible) that something fishy is going on with YOU. Now I'm starting to understand why the subpoena was titled "In Re: Internet Newsletters".
