If you want to understand what happened this afternoon, read this:

The last 15 minutes, over 220K shares changed hands. There was one bid at $65 7/8 and the next highest bid was $65.

The bid at $65 7/8 was Hambrecht & Quist. The bid was 600 shares.

I'd say it's fair to say H&Q bought at least 150K of those shares as the bid was hit time and time again and did not move.

They know something.
