Webster, Isn't there a possibility for extraordinary charges related to the Leap spin-off, G* equity, Korean contract cancelations and royalty disputes, the Nextwave bankrupcy, the withheld Rostov-On-Don holdings, manufacturing problems and possible settlement of a few o/s legal proceedings. I know they have previously taken provisions for some of this stuff but they may have a better picture now that things appear to be settling down. Just a thought. nf
