<< NT is getting everything they deserve for buying those BAY losers.>> Agreed - you have the number two/three voice player (who is in the process of getting crushed by number one in their traditional market) and the number three data player (who was getting crushed by numbers 1,3,and 4) trying to make a marriage in heaven. The exodus of BAY engineers and sales people should start shortly, which will only help LU, CSCO, COMS, and ASND. I've watching two customers in the LA area rip out Nortel PBX's as we speak and go with Lucent - these guys seem to be the king of the hill for voice systems in North America.
