Andy,

RNTK does not have a gasification process. Tx has the gasification process (over 100 in service worldwide). Singapore is just another unit that has nothing to do with RNTK.

RNTK has a Fischer-Tropsh process that goes downstream of a Tx gasifier. The iron catalyst allows it to work on the syngas produced from gasifying bottoms with Tx gasifier.

The team-up between Tx and RNTK is to put the two together into a package. In Singapore it appears that the customer wants carbon monoxide and not diesel or wax. So they don't need RNTK.
