Yes Mark, I have too received info that Mr. Velmer has been having discussions with an individual named R.J. Monski concerning JAWS (this is coming from Monski himself). It seems that Mr. Velmer associates himself with what has been reported to be a convicted felon. Tsk tsk, that's no way to run a "reputable" newletter, don't you think?

Mark: 1. Mr Monski called me today-never heard of him before today. Do not know anything about his interest in the situation. 2. Do not know what the "short position" is currently. . 3. Do not know how many shares are outstanding as of Sept 15. I do not know if anyone does. 4. Do not know why the company is not fully reporting.(been waiting six months for this to happen). 5. Do not remain in stocks that are being investigated by the SEC. Call the SEC and ask them why they investigate public companies--this should explain my use of the word "possible" in my sell recommendation.
