Wave gang,

Although it is no fun seeing a drop from $4 to $2.50 over the course of 2 days there appear to be some explainable circumstances. I believe our drop can be explained by a combination of reasons below. Most importantly, I don't believe anything fundamental has changed with the company and Wave has already attested to that..

1) Reg D shares hitting the market that were acquired in the $1 range
2) End of a quarter
3)Perceived "deadline" for news from the coalition
4)Panic and fear

I think if you mix the everything together, you can explain the last few days. Those that believe in Wave's vision, their product and the ability of the Spragues to execute the plan, in my opinion will be reward handsomely.
There are simply too many things going for Wave.

Long and loving it. Might get longer tomorrow.
