Yes, I do get your point, but here is mine. We are all in this to make intelligent suggestions to the company on how to make things better. I once wrote a letter to someone in which I misspelled a simple word. I then wrote another letter apologizing for it because I was extremely humiliated. The point I am trying to make is if you misspell words on this thread then it is probable that you are doing the same thing in e-mails to the company. Bad spelling or grammar destroys any credibility one may have. I know that if I receive a letter from someone and there are spelling errors, I don't take it as seriously as one that is correct and properly worded. I am not talking about typos, anyone can recognize those. But blatant errors are not usually tolerated by someone reading a letter. Anyone agree?
