Wally - re <I saw the advanced charting at Ardsley. It's incredible. No one else has anything like it. Also - there is an online tutorial to accompany it. It's not for absolute novices, but it's something that non-professionals (like me) will be able to master with a little reading and a little practice. Quite a tool. I know this doesn't explain the absence of a usable feature this week, but I can confirm its existence. As for the reason for the no-show, Kevin Haggerty was in while I was there.> That's all I need to hear. I have two Level II Services and terrible documentation on how to use them properly.
